Good afternoon, Parents!

Welcome to today’s Friday Folder! We’ve had a great week and look forward to another one next week with our Art Prize Field Trip on Thursday! We will be leaving and returning within the school day, so simply send your child with a disposable sack lunch. Please also make sure he/she is dressed for the weather and in “Otsego” clothing if possible. We want to be sure to proudly represent our school while we’re in Grand Rapids. :)

Just so you know, our annual MEAP testing is scheduled for October again this year. We will be testing on October 11, 13, and 18. Our testing will take place in the mornings, so if at all possible, please make sure your child is at school on time and in a positive test-taking frame of mind. :) I will mention this again next Friday, but I wanted to give you a heads-up so you can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What crisp fall weather it is finally getting to be! I really enjoy watching the trees change color and feeling the slight chill in the air. :) You may want to encourage your child to have a sweatshirt or coat each day though. Thanks!

As a reminder, our Washington Street Parent Bulletin is being emailed each week to those of you who provided an email address on the student information card. If you’re not receiving it, please let the office know as soon as possible.
