Good afternoon, Parents!

Welcome to today’s Friday Folder! It was quite a day for our annual Mileage Club Kickoff! Be sure to ask your child how many sticks he/she earned.

Your child’s Pinnacle password is enclosed in today’s folder. This will enable you to access your child’s grades online. Feel free to check out your child’s grades at any time (although there aren’t very many yet). If you see a “Z” in the grade column, it means “zero” because the work was not turned in. If you have any questions, call or email me and I’ll get back with you as soon as possible. Your child’s Accelerated Reader (Renaissance Learning) password is also enclosed in today’s folder. Your child may look at point values for A.R. books at home, but take tests only at school. Thanks again for all of your support.

A bright yellow letter is also enclosed in today’s folder explaining a bit about our holiday parties. We are collecting $3.00 per student for our holiday treats throughout the year. It would be especially helpful if you could send the money in by Friday, Oct. 7, so the shoppers can be prepared. Thanks!

That about does it for today! Your child’s first Brain Pack of the year is enclosed in today’s folder along with a letter explaining what to do. I hope you enjoy time with your family this weekend, and have fun at the Creative Arts Festival!
